This noble riesling was hand harvested over 12 weeks with a minimum of 15% botrytis in the bunhces (up to 100% botrytis).
The harvest was then fermented in to stainless steel barrels.
The result is an intense honey / marmalade nose with a citrus and stone fruit nose, and awesome ripe citrus fuit and concentrated flavour that is as well balanced as some of the great German sweeter style rieslings.
Truly a magnificent sticky!
Enjoy with a selection of cheese or as an aperitif
