Champagne Frerejean Frères Limited release Non-Vintage Blanc de blancs is crafted exclusively from 100% Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chardonnay grown in the Côte des Blancs.

A blend of vintages and reserve wines contributes to generous and complex aromas, aged it for longer, to produce a beautifully clear and elegant Champagne.

Passion fruit, mango, citrus and papaya on the nose, followed by a balanced palette of minerality and acidity make for an elegant whole.

Winemaking:

In the quest for authenticity and purity, Frerejean Frères only work with grape varieties from Premier Cru originating from the famous Côte des Blancs (9% of the best Champagne vines).

An emblematic terroir of the region known for its excellency – this is the only terroir to obtain 100/100 from Richard Juhin (Pol Roger, Grauves, 1928).

Aged for 5 years on the lees, one year disgorgement, low sugar – 7.5g/L
