Tasting Notes:

Produced from Premier Cru grapes from the Côtes des Blancs, Champagne Frerejean Frères Brut Premier Cru is bright and clear in colour displaying nutty brioche aromas with hints of honeyed almonds and baked apples.

The palate exudes white fruits, crystallised fruit, spices and honey.

50% Chardonnay
30% Pinot Noir
20% Pinot Meunier

Winemaking:

In the quest for authenticity and purity, Frerejean Frères only work with grape varieties from Premier Cru originating from the famous Côte des Blancs (9% of the best Champagne vines).

An emblematic terroir of the region known for its excellency – this is the only terroir to obtain 100/100 from Richard Juhin (Pol Roger, Grauves, 1928).

Aged for 5 years on the lees, one year disgorgement, low sugar – 6.5g/L
