Age of vines:
30 years old
Hand picked and sorted, fermentation and maceration for 20 days before pressing.
Malolactic fermentation in 50% new French oak barrels
12 months in French oak barrels (50% new)
Deep granite with yellow-brown and reddish-brown Oakleaf on lower slopes.
Glenrosa and Saprolite subsoil on higher slopes
