Tasting Notes:

Bright pale yellow.

Sensation of tropical fruit, hazelnut, orange flowers, aromatic herbs and salty minerality.

Smooth, fruity and floral, sapid and fresh with a very long persistence.

Excellent with seafood, fish, poultry, risotto, young cheeses or Spaghetti alla Carbonara.

Vinification:

Soft pressing, fermentation in 40hL vat at a controlled temperature, maturation on yeasts in stainless steel and wooden containers then 3 months in bottle before being released.
