Deep bright ruby red.

Intense on the nose with sensations of ripe red fruit, cherries in alcohol, red flowers, enclosed in a very pleasant balsamic note.

Very smooth palate, pleasantly tannic, well balanced, and elegant and very long persistence.

Perfect with pasta with ragout, risotto with sausage, lamb and pork, prosciutto, medium aged cheeses, or with coda alla vaccinara.
