A blend of Grenache and Syrah from wineyards just outside the boundary of Châteauneuf du Pape.

Easy-drinking, fruity wine, with soft, supple, round tannins. Well suited to all sorts of cuisines and can be drunk on any occasion!

With a ruby deep Color, this wine shows a fruity and spicy Nose.

Round, long and complex on the palate with abundant body and fruit as well as terrific purity and texture.

Vineyards:

The Domaine spreads over 5 ha of vineyards A.O.P. Côtes du Rhône Villages and 15 ha of vineyards A.O.P. Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Terroir:

Clavey-sandy soil with a lot of large rolled stones, which diffuse a gentle, providential heat that helps the grapes to mature.

Viticulture:

For 35 years Domaine de Saint Siffrein have cultivated the wineyard in an environmental friendly way. The yield is low at 44 hl/ha.

The grapes are harvested by hand with a selection of the best grapes.

Winemaking:

The grapes are destemmed, slightly crushed and placed in a Inox fermentation vat.

The maturing is done in vat and bottled at the Domaine.

Serve it with any cuisine. Can be taste now in any occasion!
