Stefano Lubiana Primavera Pinot Noir is estate grown and select parcels of Derwent Valley fruit grown on a mix of two terroirs, grey gravelly loams over clay and red loam over gravel.

On the nose the wine displays vibrant fresh red fruit with hints of sweet vanilla, this is followed by a fresh red fruit palate that show good oak integration and finishes with a balanced fruit to oak sweetness.

The majority of the fruit is biodynamically grown.

The structure is fine because the wine is on skins for only a short time.

90% is aged in seasoned French oak for 10 months.

The grapes are hand picked and fermented with own yeasts and some whole bunches.

Basket pressed after about three weeks.

Cellared underground over winter and spring.

Prepared for bottling in late summer.
