Winemaking:

Picked on the riper spectrum of flavours our aim was to make a wine that wasn't the typical Sauvignon Blanc style that many people associate the variety with.

Thousand Candles wanted texture and a fuller flavour.

The wine was barrel fermented in old French oak hogsheads and barriques.

They were stirred and topped fortnightly for 5 months prior to bottling.

The wine was cold stabilized using bentonite and is vegan-friendly.
