Aqua Santa is Castagna's biodynamic skin-contact white, an orange-style wine made with extended time on skins in the estate's characteristically hands-off approach.

Dried apricot, chamomile and a faint tannic grip define the nose and palate, with the amber colour reflecting real textural weight. It sits closer to a light red in structure than a conventional white, finishing long and savoury.
