Dyon recently uncovered a forgotten grape through a bottle of Nero Di Troia during a trip to Europe.

Only grown in the South of Italy, you'd be forgiven for never having heard of it.

But as it turns out, its quite the ripper. Notes of plum, tobacco and sage. Ditch the usual Shiraz for once and give this rare grape a go!
