78 Degrees Gin

Sascha, the distiller, built the still himself. If that isn't enough to get you to want to try this gin, we don't know what is. This gin is made using a grape based spirit which gives the gin a softer and rounder mouth-feel. 78-Degrees Gin is distilled using 12 botanicals, each selected for their purity and quality. An excellent, balanced gin and not something you would usually expect from a gin containing star anise and peppercorn.

Tasting Note:

78-Degrees Gin is a bright gin with lemon zest and lime peel dominating the palate. The lingering taste is somewhat spicy and the peppercorn gives the back palate an excellent pepper twist.

Pungently aromatic and displaying resinous, citrus and floral notes with underlying spices that make it perfect for the classic gin and tonic garnished with lemon or mixed as a Negroni.
