Martin Miller's
Gin / 700mL
Taste
At 40% ABV, you get a lovely strong citrus nose and taste, with the juniper notes emerging half way through. Martin Miller's has pleasantly clean, soft finish.
Distillation
Unlike a handful of Gins, Martin Miller's is batch distilled much like malt whisky. The Gin is distilled only in the traditional manner, with strict adherance to the tried and tested techniques that have always produced the finest Gin spirit.
Martin Miller's intertwining of quality materials, skilled distillers and great attention to detail are all major behind-the-scenes factors which contribute to the Gin's famous aroma and taste.
Distillation is both a science and an art of extracting flavours and alcohol as a vapour. This combining of science and art is something Martin Miller's has perfected.
Botanicals
Although the key ingredient of Gin is Juniper, it is only one of the hundreds of other berries, herbs, roots and spices that can be used to make Gin. Each different combination and recipe will have its own unique fingerprint of flavour.
The rest of Martin Miller's recipe is made up of orange and lemon peel, coriander, liquorice, cinnamon, cassia and nutmeg, all adding a delicious mix of richness and flavour. This is combined Martin Miller's blend of angelica and orris root which both add taste and bind the flavours to the spirit.
