Opaque greeny yellow in colour and a fresh lime and peppery nose.

The palate is tangy lime, fragrant kaffir with chilli overtones with a hot and spicy finish.

Serving Suggestions:

Made with kaffir lime leaf, lime zest, a little lemon myrtle, and bolstered with fresh chilli in the bottle.

Great served from the freezer with Asian food or muddled with mint to make a spicy mojito.
