Bondi Liquor Co Limoncello is an Australian take on the classic Italian lemon liqueur, made in a 700mL bottle and built around bright, zesty citrus rather than heavy sweetness. Native lemon myrtle and lemon aspen sit alongside the traditional lemon character, giving this limoncello a distinctly Australian accent.

The nose is immediate and unmistakably lemony — fresh peel, a squeeze of juice and that slightly perfumed, almost lemongrass lift that lemon myrtle brings. Behind the citrus there's a soft sugar-syrup sweetness and a faint floral edge, more garden lemon tree than lolly.

On the palate, Bondi Liquor Co Limoncello is smooth and rounded, with a syrupy weight that coats the tongue before the acidity cuts back through. Lemon aspen adds a tart, slightly resinous twang mid-palate that stops the sweetness settling in, and the finish is clean and citrus-bitter, tapering off with a gentle warmth rather than a burn.
