It is a lighter, brighter style of Negroni — still bittersweet, but pitched more towards blood orange and pink grapefruit than the deep, herbal grip of the original.

Pour it over ice and the citrus gin leads: mandarin peel, a squeeze of grapefruit, a lift of juniper behind.
