Tequila, fresh lime and orange liqueur, clarified through milk and infused with  Broome chilli, Tasmanian pepperberry and smoked habanero. A perfectly balanced spicy margarita you just stir over ice and serve.

Tasting notes:

Lime and agave, then chilli heat and a peppery note from the pepperberry, with a hint of smoke on the finish.

Serve:

Stir 100ml over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
