Tasting Notes:

Bright, fresh and textual style of Rosé from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Syrah.

Dry in style with subtle balance between brighter fruits and savoury notes on the palette.

Winemaking:

A blend of crushed and whole berries pressed to tank, chilled, settled and racked clean to tank prior to a 15 day temperate controlled ferment.

Retained on fine lees for 5 months prior to bottling.

Focussing on varieties suited to the cooler climate: Chardonnay, Riesling, Shiraz and Cabernet. Working side by side with growers who prioritise quality of fruit and longterm vineyard health through their farming practices. All fruit is handpicked, and vinified in-house, striving to make textural wine that express location, reference the old-world but sitting squarely in the new.
