Benefitting from the geography's high elevation and cool evenings, this Rose from the foothills of the French Pyrenees shows delicate notes of candied red berries and floral tones. A short maceration (just a couple hours) imparts a lovely pale pink hue and allows for some structure, whilst maintaining its delicate aromas. 100% Syrah from low yield, 25 year old vines. Similar in style to a Provence Rose, this drop is dry and delicate; pairing exceptionally well with seafood and light salads.
