A fruit infused sake made from one year old Junmai Sake and Yuzu Juice from Wakayama - the juice is produced using the entire fruit to allow for a sweet, sour & bitter flavour.

Full, beautiful aroma of the distinctive Yuzu - this is a limoncello-style drink produced by Heiwa - they use a higher ratio of juice to the typical mix with a clean citrus palate and a perfect amount of tartness.  Enjoy over a glass of ice.
