Ori Marani Laora is a Non vintage traditional method sparkling wine produced from a Frenchman from Champagne and his Georgian wife.?

Laora is a pale rose spicy, earthy and fruity.

The color of the wine is coming from a short maceration of Aladasturi.

The palate shows hints of red fruit - almost Provence rose like with some chinese fruit characters and a touch of saline.  A well made fascinating and captivating sparkling.

Winemaking:

The blend changes in ratio from three varieties of grapes (Chinuri, Tsitska Vani Chkhaveri and Aladasturi) every year in order to aim Laora's specific stylistic profile.

70% old French oak barrels / 30% Qvevri 

Wild yeasts, no finning, no filtration

A maximum amount of 15% reserve wine can be used to the final blend. 

15 months on lees minimum | Extra Brut 4g/L
