Produced in confidential quantities, the vintages are produced after a rigorous selection of the most exceptional clear wines of the year. It is after a long aging in the cellar, the duration of which is adapted to the characteristics of the year, that they are finally offered for tasting.

The Champagne Gatinois Grand Cru Millésimé 2012 vintage joins the line of great vintages from Gatinois, presenting a new example of the depth and elegance of the greatest years.

Tasting Notes:

The blend of Champagne Gatinois Grand Cru Millésimé 2012 vintage was made with 90% of Champagne Gatinois' finest Pinot Noir, accompanied by 10% Chardonnay.

It allows the expression of all the character of this great year and the subtlety of the Aÿ terroir.

Adorned with a pretty yellow gold color and a fine effervescence, Champagne Gatinois Champagne Gatinois Grand Cru Millésimé 2012 opens delicately on the nose with floral notes evolving towards candied fruits.

On the palate it reveals all its richness gradually deploying its gourmet aromas of red fruits in a rich and silky finish.
