The Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine.

Appearance

A beautiful pale salmon pink with a light golden hue.

Bouquet

Tangerine, pear and flowers on the nose.

Palate

Frothy and fine in the mouth, with subtle red berry flavors enlivened by bright acids. Focused, fairly dry and delicate. Finishes youthfully firm and very persistent

Food

Billecart-Salmon is a medium-sized champagne house in Mareuil-sur-Ay, France. Founded in 1818 with the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon,[1] it is one of the few to remain family owned.
