Table of Plenty Prosecco 2025 comes from Tumblong Hills' vineyard in Gundagai, in the elevated South West Slopes region of New South Wales, where cooler nights help keep the fruit fresh. Made in the Prosecco style from Glera, it is a light, approachable sparkling wine with a fine, persistent mousse and a pale straw colour.

Green apple, pear and citrus blossom lead the nose, with a delicate floral lift and a touch of white peach. There is a faint yeasty note underneath the fruit that adds a little textural interest.

The palate is fresh and gently frothy rather than fine-beaded, off-dry in feel with racy acidity keeping it lively through to a clean, short finish. There is just enough sweetness to round out the acid line without tipping into cloying territory, and the bubbles stay lively to the last sip.

Serve it well chilled as an aperitif, with light seafood, or simply on its own - this is a wine for easy, unhurried drinking. It also works well alongside a simple fruit platter or as the base for a spritz.
