After fermentation, the wines kept the brightness and crunchiness of the musts that had just been brought in. The mouth is tense then of a great balance, the return is as flamboyant as the first nose. The fresh and pure finish lingers, again and again. This 2016, crunchy, lively, tense, has a seductive charm about its youth.
