Tasting notes

Medium golden yellow. A subtle nose displays honey, apricot jam, crushed strawberries and a hint of white asparagus. Powerful and well-balanced with chiseled acid structure. Opulent flavors of apple sauce, peach, acacia honey, and fascinating vegetal and tobacco nuances. Ripe pears linger on  the finish of this harmonious wine.
