Friday tasting: AIX Rosé
El Nino has been declared, and all bets are off excpect for the fact we're in for a rosé summer. This Friday, we'll be pouring Provence's most famous Rosé, AIX.
The salmon-hued bottle boasts a fresh palate of grapefruit, citrus, strawberries and cream. It's versatile too; it pairs as well with seafood as it does an afternoon by the pool. Tuck in!
