Kajima's Sea Salt Yuzushu has been one of our best summer finds. Kajima mix house-made sake with sea salt and four times the amount of Yuzu juice normally used in Yuzushu, to make to make for a citrus-driven sweet, salty, tangy aperatif that provides for a fresher take on Limoncello. Come by the shop this friday to give it a whirl.
