Join us for a free tasting celebrating one of Sydney’s most acclaimed local distilleries — Archie Rose. Founded in Rosebery in 2014, Archie Rose has led Australia’s modern craft-spirit revival, combining tradition with innovation to create world-class gins, whiskies, and vodkas. From sourcing native botanicals to distilling in copper pot stills custom-built in Tasmania, their focus on transparency and craftsmanship has earned them international recognition.

We’ll be pouring three of their signature creations: the Signature Dry Gin, an aromatic and crisp expression layered with native botanicals; the Single Malt Whisky, rich, textural and distinctly Australian; and the Lemon Scented Gum Gin, a vibrant, citrus-forward release that captures the scent of summer in Sydney.
