Join us for a refined evening dedicated to one of Scotland’s most iconic single malts — The Macallan. Established in 1824 on a small farm above the River Spey, The Macallan has built its reputation on mastery of oak and sherry, crafting whiskies renowned for richness, balance, and depth of flavour.

We’ll be pouring two of their most celebrated expressions: the 12 Year Old Double Cask, matured in a perfect harmony of American and European oak sherry casks, delivering honeyed citrus, vanilla, and gentle spice; and the 12 Year Old Sherry Oak, aged exclusively in Oloroso-seasoned oak from Jerez, offering dried fruit, spice, and that unmistakable Macallan depth.

Come experience the contrast between these two classic Speyside styles — same age, same distillery, but two distinctly elegant interpretations of time and wood.
