This week we’re heading to Burgundy for a tasting that celebrates purity, minerality, and value. Join us as we explore three standout Chablis — a couple Chablis AOCs, and a Chablis Premier Cru — each offering a perfect snapshot of Chardonnay shaped by limestone, cool climate, and precision winemaking. From the crisp, citrus-driven freshness of Petit Chablis to the textured depth of Premier Cru, this flight shows why Chablis remains one of the world’s great white wine regions.

We’ll also be pouring a 2019 Rully Premier Cru, a superb Côte Chalonnaise white that combines ripe stone fruit, floral lift, and gentle oak spice.
