Claus Preisinger is one of Austria's most beloved natural winemakers, farming biodynamically on the northern shores of Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland since 2002. A surfer, a chiller, and a genuinely gifted winemaker - Claus lets the vineyard do the talking and keeps his hands off the rest.

Puszta Libre is his calling card. A blend of Zweigelt, Sankt Laurent and Pinot Noir, made with partial carbonic maceration for that signature fresh juiciness, then aged in large neutral casks to add just enough texture. Unfined, unfiltered, and utterly alive in the glass.

On the nose - bright red cherries, cherry blossom and a whisper of watermelon. On the palate - crunchy red fruit, a subtle pop of clove and black pepper, barely-there tannins and a finish that makes you reach for another glass before you've even thought about it.
