KIS Old Tom Gin is lightly aged in small re-charred French oak barrels.

The addition of local aniseed and lemon myrtles add sweet characters to this classic old style gin.

First created to serve at The Tasting Australia Origins Dinner in 2014.

Nose: Tangy lemon first up followed by cleansing juniper.

Palate: Sweet creamy vanilla, hint of aniseed. Burnt toffee caramel.

Balance: Woody and spicy

Finish: Lingering spicy juniper finish.
