KOON Japanese Gin is a blend of mixed spirirts includding sweet potato, grape and barley, infused with local botanicals and Yuzu, the japanese citrus fruit - infused with juniper and local herbs from the Nagano area.

Hombo Shuzo, owner of Mars Whisky produces this spirit out of their Nagano Distillery.
