Being Distillery Botanica's flagship gin, this has been created to capture as purely as possible the essence of the distillery garden in Summer.
Featuring botanical Murraya, which for many epitomises the distinctive smell of the Australian Summer garden, this gin features the fragrance of jasmine, the sweetness of honeysuckle, and the purity of orange blossom.
Distiller Phillip Moore is an absolut guru of his trade - he has incorporated a process known as enfleurage which is usually applied to flower petals. This is true artisan production!

Production Process:
Enfleurage - the ancient French method of extracting aromatic oils from flowers using coconut oil, it is used to capture the pure essence of Murraya flowers.
Distillation by vapour infusion to enhance the top aromatic notes of pine and herbs
Maceration followed by traditional copper pot distillation to bring out the base woody and resinous characters
Seperate distillations occur for each individual plant in order to remove the undesirable aromas and flavours of the head and tail fractions - resultin gin the perfect heart.
