The Gamay is from granitic soils and the Pinot Noir from limestone and clay soils.
Aged in vats providing a well-balanced and rich wine.
Vine Age:
45 to 50 year old vines.
Winemaking:

Light filtration prior to bottling.
The wine is estate bottled.
