Hollick is one of only two producers of Pinot Noir table wine in Coonawarra.

Since its first vintage in 1986, Hollick has developed a style which has been widely accepted in Australia and overseas.

This wine is made from Coonawarra estate-grown Pinot Noir.

Ripe cherry and stewed plum notes are overlaid with spice and vanillin characters, imparted by ten months' maturation in French oak hogsheads.

They recommend cellaring for up to 5 years, to allow the typical gamey characters of developed Pinot Noir to evolve.
