Tasting Notes The cooler, maritime climate of Mount Gambier
allows for an extended growing season, which
produces the delicate & complex flavours found in
this Pinot. It was picked, destemmed and cold soaked
for 7 days prior to fermentation, allowing vibrant
strawberry and cherry flavours to be enhanced. The
palate is rich and smooth, with plum and dark cherry
flavours leading to subtle spice and a hint of
earthyness. An ideal match to game meats such as
duck or venison, this Pinot Noir is made to be enjoyed
now or cellared for up to 5 years.
Food Suggestion Crispy skin, orange glaze duck
