Crafted from hand-picked estate fruit, this year the winemaking was back in the hands of Yering Station's decorated winemaker, Willy Lunn.
The fruit was entirely de-stemmed, cold soaked for three days before fermentation in Yering Station's large open fermenters.
The wine was raised in French oak barriques (10% new oak), for ten months before bottling.
