Alessandro di Camporeale Donnata is made of 100% Nero dAvola.
A beautiful, elegant deep ruby red wine with a beautiful aromas loaded with fruit and spiced notes which perfectly develops into a smooth and rich palate with a long finish.
The harvest takes place manually in the second ten days of September.
After the soft pressing of the grapes, the fermentation is conducted in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for a period of about 12 days.
Once the malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months and 3 additional months in bottle before being placed on the market.
