This wine is made and named in honor of my dedicated mother Isabel Schuetz, a saint herself after bringing up 8 happy and hyper active children.

100% wild ferment - extended lees contact

Aroma:

Nectarine and Melon with roasted nuts and butter.

Palate:

Intense rich stone fruit flesh with supporting spiced oak, a creamy mid palate texture with a cleansing acid finish.

VERY LIMITED!
