Bellevue Estate is a family owned winery in the township of the world renown McLaren Vale wine region and Corey only makes a single product - why spread yourself thin when you can create such an outstanding wine!

This basket press shiraz is made on site in Bellevue Estate's own micro winery. Fermented in small two tonne open fermenters prior to basket pressing with a limited release of only 600 to 1000 cases.

Bellevue Estate Basket Press Shiraz is a medium body Shiraz with delicious harmony of fruit, spice and oak. The opulent flavours are seductive and addictive: dark berries and chocolate and good oak including lashings of vanilla - delicous silky tannins and a long finish - you won't be able to stop at a single glass!

You are highly recommended to decant this wine for an hour or more to really open up the flavours.
