Roberto Anselmi is rated as one of the finest winemakers of Italy. His family has two great south-facing single vineyard hilltop locations, historically recognised as classified cru sites within the Soave region.

The wines produced, while not typical of the common Soave style, are always beautiful expressions of their locations and vintages.

Roberto Anselmi is singularly passionate about his vineyards, methods and techniques. His philosophy is what makes the difference, and the reason why he is renowned as one of the finest producers in Italy. These are wines not to be missed.

Vinification

After pneumatic pressing  at the end of December, the very sweet must is left to ferment in oak barrels after which it is decanted twice and then left to mature for eight months in the same barriques.
