The south-west German town of Saarburg from where the Ziliken hails is famous for its exclusive production of Riesling grapes. This region is perfectly positioned for the production of sweeter, fruitier Rieslings of which the Ziliken Saarburger Kabinett is an excellent example. 

This off-dry riesling is one of excellent cellaring potential.
