The vines are planted on a North / Westerly facing slope for maximum exposure to sunlight.

The Picardy Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a cavalcade of attractive tropical fruit notes here: guava, passionfruit and some lime, interwoven with acid drive that gives the wine a vibrancy and length rarely seen in its contemporaries.

The salient feature here is the balance: you could drink this wine all day. Flawless at this level, this is a Sauvignon blend for grown ups.
