Fun facts:

CAI stands for Carl August Immich, the original founder of the estate. This wine is the entry-level cuvée and the only cuvée with a screw top instead of a cork. 

This grapes comes from grapes at the bottom of the Batterieberg hill as well as other plots of purchased organic fruit.
