Tatsumi Gin is obtained with only one botanical herb "the juniper".

Distilled with an ancient Japanese still "KABUTO GAMA" (Pot to Elmo's Samurai).

Distillate used "SHOCHU" made with sweet potatoes and rice.

Basic spirit: Lees Shochu Sake, Shochu chicory.
