Tenute di Fraternita Chianti DOCG is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes:

Ruby red with deep purple reflections. The nose is intense and remarkably persistent.

The initial notes are violet, marasca cherry and red fruits that head towards some vanilla and spices with light notes of wax and leather.

Vineyard Notes:

Medium-textured soil with the presence of marl - approximately 5000 vines have been planted per hectare at 250 -300 meters above sea level

Vinification:

Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts for about 16 days then aged in stainless steel tanks and then wood barrels before bottling for at least 6 months.
