Tasting Notes:

Intense red color with violet reflections. With aging it will tend to garnet.

The nose is complex, intense and persistent with floral notes and hints of red fruits such as cherry and blueberry.

Spicy notes emerge on the finish.

Vineyard Notes:

Medium-textured soil with low skeleton and silt content - approximately 5000 vines have been planted per hectare at 250 -300 meters above sea level

Vinification:

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 20 days before aging in oak barriques for about 20 months and then in the bottle.
