80% Zinfandel
20% Sangiovese

Tasting Notes:

A wine packed with flavour - this Northern Californian full body red is smooth, rich, dark and enticing - hints of black pepper and floral dark berries - lush blueberry, plums, and blackberry cobbler.

Lapis Luna Zinfandel is youthful and fruit with a long, juicy finish is long.

Winemaker Notes:

All of the fruit for Lapis Luna Zinfandel was gently destemmed and crushed, then inoculated. 

Each fermentation was pumped-over twice daily, with the temperature peaking at 32°C.

Maceration from 12 to 28 days, barrel aged 10 months.
